Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Inspecto ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service; (c) use the Service to scan properties you do not own or have permission to scan; (d) resell access without a Pro license.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Inspecto offers DIY (€99/month), Pro (€499 onboarding + €99/month or €999/year), and Professional Inspection services (€349–€499). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Onboarding fees for Pro accounts are non-refundable. No refunds for partial months.

6. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to scans, models, and data you upload. By uploading, you grant Inspecto a license to store, process, and display this content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Intellectual Property

The Inspecto software, branding, and documentation are owned by GerardusKoetje. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Inspecto is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Professional Inspection Disclaimer

Reports generated by Inspecto software (as opposed to on-site inspections by GerardusKoetje) are based on user-provided data and do not constitute a professional structural survey. For legal or insurance purposes, use a certified inspector.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fundão, Portugal.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
